Welcome to Cendry. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our app.

1. Not a Medical Device

Cendry is a wellness tool designed to support mind-body connection through self-hypnosis and guided relaxation. It is not a medical device, nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions, including nocturnal enuresis. The app should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Cendry operates on a subscription basis to provide full access to our AI session generation and voice library features.

• Plans Available: We offer 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 1-year auto-renewing subscription plans.
• Paid Trial: We offer a 7-day trial period which costs $6. Please note that this is a paid trial and is not free. After the 7-day period concludes, you will need to choose a plan to continue using the app.
• App Store / Play Store Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Usage and Storage Limits

To ensure high-quality service and optimize your device's performance, Cendry enforces the following limits:

• Session Generation Limit: Regardless of your subscription plan, the creation of custom AI hypnosis sessions is limited to 30 sessions per month.
• Device Storage Limit: To keep the app lightweight and respect your device's storage capacity, you may store a maximum of 60 audio sessions locally on your phone at any given time. If you reach this limit and wish to generate or save a new session, you will be prompted to delete one or more older sessions to free up space.

4. User Content and Voice Restrictions

When you provide text prompts or voice samples to the app, you retain full ownership of your content. You grant Cendry the necessary licenses to process this content exclusively for the purpose of generating your customized audio sessions.

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, you may not upload or clone voice samples belonging to any individual under 16 years of age. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and consent to use any voice sample you upload to our app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to generate offensive, harmful, explicit, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the app if we determine that you have violated these Terms, including attempting to bypass our generation limits or uploading prohibited voice samples.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Cendry is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be completely free of errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cendry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the app following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
